This is part of our lovely silver spoon collection. Up for sale is a charming, highly ornate vintage demitasse spoon manufactured in Sweden. Measuring 4 inches long, this small coffee or espresso spoon features a beautiful Rococo/Baroque-style relief pattern along the stem consisting of dense floral accents and classic scrollwork.
The finial terminates in a smooth, blank shield (cartouche), which was left unengraved by the manufacturer so it could be personalized with a custom monogram, date, or city name (not by us though because we do not have the tools or skill set!).
The back of the stem is clearly stamped "EPNS MADE IN SWEDEN", indicating a high-quality Electroplated Nickel Silver base.
While we cannot pin down the exact year this was made, estimated production is Mid-20th Century.
Overall: Good vintage condition with minor signs of age and light wear consistent with normal use. Included photos are part of the condition description.
