Up for sale is a beautiful vintage wood-framed serving tray featuring the vibrant mid-century circus artwork "After the Show" (also known as Circus at the Fair Grounds) by renowned American artist Waldo Peirce. While the original oil painting was completed in 1933 (matching the "WP 33" signature at the bottom), this functional art tray was manufactured during the peak of the mid-century home decor boom in the 1950s.

The piece beautifully captures a bustling circus campsite scene filled with classic big top tents, elephants, horse teams, and show wagons. The print is housed inside a detailed, gold-gilded ornate wooden frame complete with two sturdy gold-painted wooden spindle handles.

Dimensions (As documented in photos):
Total Width (Including Handles): ~22"
Frame Width (Only): ~20"
Frame Height: ~14"
Frame Thickness: ~1" (~2" including handle)

Condition Notes:
-Structure: Structurally intact and very sturdy. The wooden frame is solid, and both wooden handles are firmly attached and secure. There is signs of wear on the paint.
-Glass: There is a small scratch on the glass surface. It is minor and does not impact the structural integrity or overall display value.
-Print/Matting: There are noticeable water/liquid stains underneath the glass along the matting and edges of the print, most prominent on the upper left and right corners and lower margin. These have been explicitly documented in the photos.

This vintage item is being sold AS-IS based on the clear cosmetic wear shown. It makes a fantastic, nostalgic display piece for collectors of circus memorabilia, mid-century folk art, or Waldo Peirce enthusiasts!
